What we collect

When you use the “Get matched” form or the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name (or first name), email address, and the answers you give about your goal, destination country, degree, native-language status, TEFL progress, timing, and — if you choose to share it — your nationality. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply.

Why we collect it

We use this information to answer your question, and — for “Get matched” submissions — to pass your request on to a TEFL course provider or recruiter whose programme fits the answers you gave. We tell you this on the form itself before you submit it.

Who else sees it

We may share your “Get matched” request with a TEFL course provider or recruiter matching your profile, so they can contact you about their programme. We do not sell your data to advertising networks, and we do not share it for any purpose beyond matching you with the service you asked about.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the contact form.

Cookies

This site uses a first-party cookie/local-storage flag only to remember that you’ve seen the cookie notice and, if applicable, to avoid showing the exit pop-up twice in the same visit. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
